O promotor processou a <strong>licen\u00e7a de constru\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> atrav\u00e9s de um termo de responsabilidade. A obra est\u00e1 <strong>54,71%<\/strong> conclu\u00edda. O promotor come\u00e7ar\u00e1 a comercializar o im\u00f3vel quando a obra estiver mais avan\u00e7ada.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O montante total do empr\u00e9stimo ascende a <strong>1.350.000 \u20ac em 2 fases que ter\u00e3o uma garantia hipotec\u00e1ria de primeiro grau<\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong>Nesta oportunidade, vamos financiar <strong>a Fase I do empr\u00e9stimo por um montante de 850.000 investidores <strong>da wecity<\/strong> est\u00e1 previsto com a venda da propriedade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os pagamentos de juros e o reembolso do capital investido ser\u00e3o efectuados<strong> na data
