We study the operations with the same rigour, but as we have a smaller structure, the bureaucracy is reduced.<\/p>\n<p><b>Q.: And for investors?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a very good way to get a return on your savings. <strong>People, but especially my generation, are increasingly aware that the only way to keep your savings from losing value is to invest them. wecity makes this option available to everyone.<\/strong> Moreover, for the more cautious, it is an investment that, in a way, \u2018you can touch\u2019, as it is in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n<p><b>Q.: What was your relationship with real estate before joining wecity?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I have worked in several law firms and the real estate world was always present, although in a less intensive way than in wecity, of course.<\/p>\n<p><b>Q.: What would your perfect real estate investment project be like?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Any project that is published in wecity; being inside you realise the level of detail and professionalism that we have in the team.<\/p>\n<p><b>Q.: And what kind of projects do you think have the most future at the moment?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The construction of housing in large cities such as Madrid.<\/p>\n<p><b>Q.: What are the main challenges in the legal area in a sector such as real estate investment?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I think the main challenge is <strong>the convergence of basic\/traditional legal figures in Spanish law with the European regulation of PSFPs, which is quite new.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Q.: A professional reference?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>My father and my former boss, both lawyers.<\/p>\n<p><b>Q.: Complete the sentence: The 20s of the 21st century will be the decade of&#8230; <\/b>Mass access to different forms of investment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Question: Why wecity?
