        The cooperative Cerasus Promoci\u00f3n S. Coop. Mad, <\/strong> Managed by Impulsa Proyectos Inmobiliarios,<\/strong> the company is requesting financing through wecity<\/strong> for the acquisition of lots RMC 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, and 8.4 in Phase II of Ahijones. On the plot resulting from the consolidation of the four properties, a new development will be built consisting of 64 VPPB (basic public housing) units with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, 104 garages, 64 storage units, and commercial spaces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The resulting lot will have an area of 2,536.00m\u00b2<\/sup> and a buildable area of 7,408.00m<\/sup>\u00b2. From a land-use planning perspective, development work on Phase II of Ahijones has just begun, and the building permit will not be applied for until the development work is further along. From a commercial standpoint, 62 out of 64 cooperative members have currently joined the project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The project will be financed through a mortgage loan in the amount of \u20ac1,685,000, secured by a<\/strong> first-lien mortgage on the asset<\/strong>, with a term of 18 months (plus a possible 6-month extension).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The cooperative members will contribute \u20ac2,581,751 of their own funds<\/strong> at the time of signing, which will be used to acquire the asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The exit<\/strong> of wecity<\/strong> ‘s investors<\/strong> is planned with the entry of bank financing and\/or contributions from the cooperative members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
