(M\u00e1laga).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The independent appraisal company in charge of determining the value of the plot of land is <strong>ATV VALOR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the appraisal report carried out by ATV VALOR on 15 February 2022, the appraisal value of the mortgaged plot amounts to the sum of <strong>807,710.83 \u20ac.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The loan to be provided to the developer of Phase I of the total financing is <strong>\u20ac600,000 (Phase I)<\/strong>, and therefore represents a <strong>74.28%<\/strong> Loan to Value on the current
