        The developer Legera <\/strong>(through the company MERIDIAN DIVERSITY LDA) is requesting financing <\/strong>for <\/strong>for the acquisition of land <\/strong>to be used for the construction of a three-story building with 15 apartments in Lisbon<\/strong> (Rua Cal\u00e7ada dos Mestres, 112).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The land has a surface area of 1,391 m<\/strong>2<\/sup><\/strong> and a buildable area of 2,912m2<\/sup>, where a development of a 3-storey building with 15 apartments and dwellings with parking spaces and storage rooms is to be developed. The building permit<\/strong> is pending approval<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        At the commercial level, 0% (0 of 15) has not been commercialized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The developer requests from wecity<\/strong> a fixed-rate loan of \u20ac1,650,000 <\/strong>, which will be used to cover part of the purchase of the land, which has an acquisition cost of \u20ac2,000,000. The loan will be secured by afirst<\/sup>mortgage on the asset<\/strong> and will have a term of 9 months <\/strong>(+3 months of possible extension). The loan will be used entirely for the acquisition of the plot of land. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The exit of<\/strong> wecity<\/strong> ‘s investors<\/strong> will be through the developer’s equity from other ongoing projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The payment of interest plus the return of the invested capital will be made at maturity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
