In addition, it already has a <strong>building permit,<\/strong> and the construction work has already started. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will be financed through a <strong>fixed-rate loan of \u20ac575,000<\/strong>, which will be secured by a pledge of the total VAT refund (\u20ac577,500) and will have a term of 9 months (+3 months of possible extension).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To date, the developer has contributed its own funds amounting to <strong>\u20ac2,750,000<\/strong>, which have been used to acquire the land, and will have to contribute an additional \u20ac58,043.12 to finish paying the VAT on the acquisition, making a total of \u20ac2,808,043.12<strong>.
