The funds will be used for the completion of 1 of the 4 villas (villa 4). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The site has a surface area of <strong>3,911 m<sup>2<\/sup> <\/strong>with a total built-up area of 2,166<sup>m2 depending on the <\/sup>project (from <strong>414 to 677 m2<\/strong>), with a total built-up area of 2,166m2 depending on the project (from <strong>414 to 677 m2<\/strong>) <strong>.<sup>2<\/sup> built per unit<\/strong>). If the calculation is based on accounts that have not been audited, this shall be clearly stated in the description of the method. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:24px\">Monitoring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The promoter must justify the use of the funds in each of the applications.
