      The cooperative Nova Desarrollos del Este I, a cooperative society in Madrid<\/strong>, <\/strong>is requesting financing through wecity<\/strong> for the acquisition of 75% of the units of use of plot a.26.c.5 of Valdecarros, one of the main residential urban developments in Madrid. The manager of the cooperative is Co\u00f3ptima Servicios Inmobiliarios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This is a residential plot for Basic Price Subsidized Housing (VPPB) with a buildable area of 5,933m2.<\/sup> The plot will develop 61 homes with garage and storage room. It is a developable plot (with the Urbanization Project finally approved and the Reparcelization Project initially approved) located within Phase I of the urbanization, with more than 85% of the work completed. The development is93%<\/strong> marketed <\/strong>, that is, 57 of 61 homes.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The project will be financed through a \u20ac670,000 fixed-rate loan secured by a pledge of the total VAT refund from the AEAT and a joint and several guarantee from the manager of the cooperative<\/strong> “Co\u00f3ptima Servicios Inmobiliarios SL”.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The repayment of the loan<\/strong> to wecity’s investors will be made with the VAT refund from the tax authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Through wecity you can participate in a fixed-rate loan<\/strong> operation with an annual interest rate of 13% for an estimated term of 9 months<\/strong> (6 months mandatory) with the possibility of extending for an additional 3 months at <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The payment of interest + the return of the invested capital will be made at maturity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
