The development will be carried out under a <strong>cooperative<\/strong> system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plot has a surface area of <strong>2,942.39<\/strong><sup><strong>m2<\/strong><\/sup>, on which the development will be built, in the <strong>3,812<\/strong><sup><strong>m2<\/strong><\/sup> of buildable area. The future homes will have a garden, swimming pool and common areas, as well as 58 parking spaces. At the commercial level, 18.18% of the dwellings have been reserved (6 of 33).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will be financed through a <strong>fixed-rate mortgage loan with a<\/strong><sup><strong>1st<\/strong><\/sup><strong> degree<\/strong> <strong>mortgage guarantee in the amount of \u20ac2,660,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1,362,000<\/strong> (34%), which will also be used to finance the purchase.
