It is one of the most exclusive private urbanizations in Marbella with controlled access and private security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plot has 2.200m2 on which will be developed a 1.050 m2 house with 7 bedrooms with terrace, large gardens and all kinds of details and luxuries such as elevator, indoor pool and outdoor infinity pool with spectacular sea views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will be financed through a <strong>fixed rate loan with a 1st degree mortgage guarantee for an amount of 2.000.000\u20ac<\/strong>, corresponding to PHASE I of a total loan, which may amount to a maximum of<strong> 4.200.000\u20ac in 3 phases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1,469,600 (42%),<\/strong> which has been used for the acquisition of the land, project and building permit.
