The <strong>plot<\/strong> has an approximate area of<strong> <strong>1,657m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong><\/strong>  and has a total gross construction area of 415m<sup>2<\/sup>, of which  175m<sup>2<\/sup>  above ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>developer<\/strong> has already <strong>committed<\/strong> <strong>\u20ac709,000<\/strong> <strong>of its own funds<\/strong> to the project. As a <strong>guarantee<\/strong>, the developer is providing two of the three homes in the development; the first one, already completed and valued at \u20ac2,850,000, and the second one, which is the one for which the financing is needed, and which in its current state is valued at \u20ac2,078,926.
