In relation to the <strong>10 homes<\/strong> that continue to form part of the project, it should be noted that the <strong>level of pre-sales <\/strong>is<strong> 50% <\/strong>(5 of 10 documented reservations) and the level of certified work progress is <strong>35.91%<\/strong>.
