The exit of the investors from wecity takes place with the delivery of the property, once the First Occupancy License is obtained. Currently, the degree of construction progress is 80.27%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The house has a built area of <strong>487 m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong> built on a plot of more than 1,220 m<sup>2<\/sup>. The project consists of the rehabilitation of the house into an exclusive luxury villa with a unique design.
