The purpose of the financing is to defray the costs of the execution of the work until the delivery of the homes to the buyers, once the First Occupancy License is obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plot, located at calle Treinta, 28-32, in the La Ca\u00f1ada urbanization, <strong>Paterna (Valencia)<\/strong>, has a total surface area of 510 m<sup>2<\/sup> and an approximate buildable area of 2,411 m<sup>2<\/sup>. On the plot will be carried out a development of a building of 18 houses of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with garage, storage rooms and large terraces. Currently, there are <strong>44% of documented reservations<\/strong> (8 of 18 homes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The developer contributes with its own funds in the amount of 700,000 \u20ac (50%) and requests a loan of 700,000 \u20ac at a fixed rate from wecity. This loan has a 1st degree mortgage guarantee. The rest of the funds for the execution of the project will be provided by the developer, the buyers and with the activation of phases II and III of the loan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through wecity you can
